VeloFlux is Transfilm’s platform for modular and containerized water treatment systems. It combines Transfilm’s advanced membrane technologies with efficient system engineering, intelligent controls, and compact, plug-and-play design.
Each system can integrate pretreatment, reverse osmosis, energy recovery, chemical dosing, clean-in-place equipment, and automated monitoring within a fully assembled container. This approach shortens installation time, simplifies site work, and provides reliable water production wherever it is needed.
At the core of every VeloFlux system are Transfilm’s SWRO, BWRO, nanofiltration, and specialty membrane technologies. Direct integration between membrane selection and system design enables stable permeate quality, improved fouling resistance, optimized energy consumption, and longer membrane service life.
Every system can be configured according to feedwater quality, product water requirements, recovery targets, operating conditions, and available site footprint. Standard containerized seawater desalination systems are available in capacities from 100 to 500 m³/day, and larger, fully customized systems can be engineered for specific project requirements.
VeloFlux solutions are designed for a wide range of applications, including:
Drinking water supply for municipalities and community networks.
Process water for manufacturing, energy, and heavy industrial operations.
Wastewater treatment and reuse for recovery-focused, lower-waste operations.
Off-grid and remote facilities, including solar-powered container configurations.
Mobile and rapid-response water production for urgent or temporary demand.
Larger and fully customized systems engineered for specific project requirements.
Transfilm and VeloFlux provide end-to-end technical support — from feedwater analysis and process design to manufacturing, commissioning, remote monitoring, and ongoing system optimization.
Our lifecycle services include membrane performance management, CIP optimization, troubleshooting, and technical supervision, helping operators maintain consistent water quality, reduce downtime, and lower total operating costs.
